Back from quick trip to Savannah.
Staying sober in that city is not hard, but not easy either. But I did it.
SCAD has been expanding and Savannah is really cleaning itself up. Spring has sprung early, with Japanese Magnolias, daffodils, azaleas, and red buds out. Nice getaway.
We had some good food—Charleston is still the food capital of the South (yes, even over Nawlins imho), but I had great steak frites last night as well as good scallops, and other dishes. Fun little trip for a conference for J.
