But my mom said that Swedish recipes typically had pork in them too. I'll bet it does give a good flavor. Do you use any other spices besides nutmeg?

no nutmeg, just salt, pepper, and worchestershire sauce. 1 egg, 1 onion, breadcrumbs soaked in cream, and a 3:1 beef to pork ratio.
